The Project View in eCapture Pro is the main interface for organizing, managing, and exporting data generated by pipelines. A pipeline represents the flow of data from cameras to processing tasks. Each pipeline execution generates a capture take, which logs details like the server used, storage directory, frames saved, and file format.
The Project View is divided into two sections:

The Project View provides tools to:
The Project Management Panel organizes data by grouping pipeline runs into projects. A project must be created and loaded before running a pipeline or accessing its capture takes. Only one project can be active at a time, ensuring data from different workflows remains distinct.
Projects can be created by clicking the Add Button (+ icon), entering a name, and confirming. Deleted projects remove only the settings file; takes remain accessible through the operating system. The panel displays takes with summaries showing the server used, storage directory, frame counts, and file format. Users can annotate takes with notes, permanently delete their content while keeping a record, or hide deleted/exported takes to reduce clutter.
The Export Utility Panel converts captured takes into widely used formats. Supported formats include Raw Data, Adobe DNG, TIFF, JPEG, H264, and H265. Users set the export location in the Project Management Panel, select the desired format in the Export Image Format dropdown, and click the Export Button (folder icon with a right arrow) next to the desired take. If the button is disabled, exporting is not supported for that take.
The Export Queue displays the status of export tasks and allows users to pause, resume, or cancel them. For advanced workflows, post-export scripts can automate tasks like calibration file generation, saving time and streamlining repetitive processes.
The Project Management Panel organizes pipeline data, while the Export Utility Panel manages data conversion and export. Together, these tools enable users to review, annotate, and prepare data for further use, ensuring an efficient and structured workflow.
