Trigger Mode

The trigger mode feature configures whether the camera needs a trigger signal after the acquisition start command to initiate image acquisition. This feature enables flexible integration into automated or controlled environments.

When trigger mode is enabled, the following features can also play roles in image acquisition:

• trigger selector
• trigger source
• trigger software

• Access mode: Read/Write
• Node type: Enumeration
• Example values:
  • Off: Disabled
  • On: Enabled

You can use the eSDK API functions to:

• get and set the node’s current value, and
• get the node’s value options.
