Encoder Mode

In line scan cameras, the encoder mode feature enables and disables the use of an external encoder for triggering.

Set the value to TRUE to enable the use of an external encoder.

If you enable an encoder, you should also use the following encoder features:

• ‍encoder termination‍
• encoder direction
• encoder line multiplier
• encoder line divider
• encoder frame divider
• encoder position counter reset
• encoder timeout
• spatial correction
• encoder line divider measurement
• encoder frame divider measurement

GP_ENC_MODE node

• Access mode: Read/Write
• Node type: Boolean

You can use the eSDK API functions to get and set the node’s current value.
