Encoder Line Divider

In line scan cameras, the encoder line divider feature affects how many encoder pulses are needed to trigger a single line. It's important for synchronizing line capture with movement.

• get and set the node’s current value
• get the node’s minimum and maximum values, and the node’s value increments
