GEV SCPS Do Not Fragment

When the GigE Vision (GEV) SCPS do not fragment feature is enabled, the camera won't fragment packets on the stream channel, ensuring data integrity and preventing delays caused by packet reassembly. The state of this feature is copied into the "do not fragment" bit of the IP header of each stream packet.
